If you could have God’s promise that YOU would go right to HEAVEN when you die, would you take it??
Let me show YOU how YOU can have This Promise!!
ALL HAVE SINNED
ROMANS 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one.
ROMANS 3:23 For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.
GOD’S PRICE ON SIN
ROMANS 6:23 A For the wages of sin is death.
THERE ARE TWO DEATHS
REVELATION 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
OUR WAY OUT
ROMANS 5:8-9 But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
GOD’S PERSONAL PROMISE
ROMANS 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Take God at his word and claim His promise for your salvation. Bow you head right now and sincerely ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and to save your soul. Saying a prayer does not save you!! You must believe what the Bible says and mean it in your heart to be saved!!!
ROMANS 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture sayeth, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.
Once you are eternally saved, you are always eternally saved…
HEBREWS 13:5B…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

My son was killed in an auto-accident at 10 (He asked the Lord to be his Savior when he was 7)!! We have no guarantee of how long we have on this earth, we need to spread the word!!

OK, I need all you prayer warriors out there to pray for Buster, Pumpkin_seed and I. We have a really cool opportunity to do something great for the Lord but we have a couple obstacles in the way, though. See, there is a camp that our Church kids go to and the people that manage/run it need a full time couple to live out there with them and help with the camp. We would be supported like missionaries and the Church camp would be our mission field. So many kids come to camp every year and either get saved or make decisions for missions, full time Christian service and all kinds of things. This would be a great opportunity!!!
The problem is, we have to sell our house first (need to pay off outstanding debt and Buster doesn’t think it would be wise to live out there and pay taxes and insurance and such here and plus, it would just be easier!). But in order to do that, we have to fix the well pump and the water tank. We don’t have the money to do either right now. So I’m counting on you guys to pray in the money we need to do this. It will be $200-300 for the tank and around $200 for the well pump. In addition to prayers….. If anyone WOULD LIKE TO and COULD donate to this cause, I can give you my PayPal e-mail address so you could do so….I am not normally one to ask for hand-outs, but I feel like God is leading me to ask for help in this situation.
**update** we got the tank and pump fixed AND we sold our quad…so, with the money we got from the quad, we paid off several bills so, we now only have ONE outstanding bill to pay off** we most likely will move before we sell our house, though, for various reasons!!

Busters Surgery…
Posted on December 18, 2008my darling buster is going in to have a hernia repaired in the morning at 9AM (we have to be there by 7:30). please keep him and the doctors in your prayers. this is a very routine procedure and they are not expecting any problems, but this is surgery and there are always risks, however minute they may be. thanks everyone in advance!! i will be on tomorrow, but until the afternoon. missing you all til then 
Mocha Club…
Posted on November 24, 2008I know…the name is divine all in itself. But this club is about so much more than coffee!!! I am so excited to be a part of this! I have a friend who is very passionate about this, but If you are new to the ways of MC, like I am, this is how they roll~~
Mocha Club is a community-based website where members can start a team and invite friends to join them in giving $7 a month – the cost of 2 mocha’s (thus the name) - to support a project in Africa. Mocha Club has a vision, and that vision is to make it possible for everyday people, like you and I, who don’t have hundreds or thousands of dollars, to make a difference in Africa.
My friend posted a little bit ago about the Mocha Club and this campaign they were starting called “I NEED AFRICA MORE THAN AFRICA NEEDS ME”, and wanted to know if anyone would be interested in “helping” get the word out about this great cause. I am so glad I took the time to get in touch with them and get involved in this campaign!!
So, then I had to think about if I really do need Africa, more than it needs me, and I’m starting to realize that I do!!!
I need Africa because God has been calling me to do something wonderful in the life of someone else, with no thought of gain for myself.
I need Africa because giving is always better than receiving.
I need Africa because even though they are thousands of miles away, WE can be part of making their lives better!!
I need Africa to remind me that even though I complain about what I don’t have far too much, I have much much more than I will ever deserve!!
Do you need Africa?? Please be in prayer about this cause. Think about how much just a little time and money could help!!
Come on back December 1st, when I’ll tell you what you can do to take part in this!!

stress…stress…stress….
Posted on August 04, 2008ggggggrrrr….i am so sick of EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can’t wait til C finds a new job and i get paid for all the jobs i’ve been doing. it seems like there are soooooo many bills and sooooooooo little money. i am very frustrated right now. the job my husband does at our Church pays our daughters tuition at a Christian school and there is always some left over (especially in the summer when there is no school bill) but Pastor and his wife don’t seem to want C to take it out and spend it. which doesn’t make any sense to me…….he EARNED that money, he should be able to do with it what he wants!!!!!!!!! it is always a hassle to take money out, because it is in a Church account in his name. that way we don’t ever have to worry about the school payment being there. BUT, it is still HIS money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and to add to the financial “complications”……i am not doing very well lately AT ALL…i think i need to go back on progesterone cream. i ran out a while ago and just haven’t gotten anymore. partly cause i didn’t want to spend the money on it and partly cause i wanted to see if it was really helping. for those who don’t know, i had a radical hysterectomy sept. 2007. i had fibroids and a lot of pain and excess bleeding. i also had my ovaries removed for a number of reasons. anyway, i have been in surgical menopause for a few months now( i think my body just realized everything is gone LOL). i have been having dizzy spells, nausea, headaches, aches and pains, and just plain not feeling well. some of it is probably a little of my bipolar (i think im having mixed episodes), but im thinking the majority is the menopause. i’m just wondering how long this will last. i don’t want to go on synthetic hormones, i really don’t want to get breast cancer!! or any other kind for that matter!!! is it just me or is this blog turning into a venting session???? well, i guess if i can’t put my feelings down here, where can i???????? aaaaahhhh see, i feel better already!!! not feeling “on topside ” as of late….please keep the prayers coming!!!
restless nights….
Posted on July 08, 2008**yawn** good morning!! as i write this i am reminded how blessed i am because even though i did not sleep well last night (for a variety of reasons), i am not feeling as bad as i thought i would when i woke up at 3:00 this morning!! do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and dread getting up in the morning?? i do that quite often. try saying a quick prayer for someone else at that time…it will be a blessing to them and to you!!!! have a blessed day!!
