And now they have made shopping with them even easier with walmart coupons at drop down deals.com. Between Walmart’s low prices and the coupon codes on their site, you can save even more through their special promotions! And their website offers many of the same items you can find in the store.
Their site is easy to use and offers some really substantial savings, head on over and check it out!!!
The Good Stuff…
Posted on June 08, 2011I think I have only ever had three different car insurances in my life, but they all offered different things for different prices. But one thing none of them offered was any kind of roadside assistance club. You know, like the famous car insurance company with the three capital letters that are all the same?? LOL
Why is it that you have to pay through the nose to get the good stuff. I will never understand that. You spend your whole life paying premiums and how often does the average person actually use their insurance??
My husband and I have been in a couple minor accidents each and a couple major accidents each. So we know the importance of insurance and we are thankful for it. But, that being said, it is expensive for what you get for the average person!!!
I think that you should get some of your money back after so long if you don’t have to use any of the money you have paid in for a claim on anything, or get lower rates or something!!
Okay, I’m done….
Anyone know this???
Posted on April 29, 2011100,000,000 useless points for whoever can tell me this…
Can you tell the difference between moissanite jewelry and diamond jewelry?? I have been told that some moissanite stone’s have more fire and sparkle than diamonds, but I am a bit skeptical.
I would be afraid they would get cloudy or dull like cubic zirconium do. And I definitely wouldn’t want to spend the kind of money they want for moissanite and have it turn cloudy!!
I also wonder if a moissanite stone would be as durable as a diamond.
These are just a couple of the things rattling around in my brain today…
$100 a week for GAS?????
Posted on April 22, 2011Buster had been saying for months that we really needed to get a different vehicle to take the girl to school with, because we were spending almost a $100 a week in gas alone. So, when we got our income tax return back which was dismal, at best, we went down the road and bought the neighbors little Neon.
It’s been a pretty good little car for what we paid for it!!! We’ve put almost as much into it as what we paid, though!! Oh well. We are only paying a little more than half of what we were for gas, so…
Then all we had to do was put the cheapest car insurance on the truck that we could. Which ended up being storage coverage. Cause you never know when a tree is gonna fall or softball size hail is gonna “attack” your vehicle!!!
I have a feeling we will be laying this car to rest before we can trade it or sell it but, it’s getting us where we need to go for now!!!
Mulah!!!
Posted on March 28, 2011For many of us our month lasts much longer than our money does. When you are on a “fixed” income, as I am, your month lasts much much longer!! LOL (yes, two much-es is a LOT longer, hahaha)
Anyway, some people have said of cash advance online, that they would not have been able to buy much needed medications if not for them. Others have been able to buy books for classes that they otherwise would not have been able to.
I think my problem with these types of things is the fees you acquire aong with the money they give you…but if you HAVE to have money and can’t wait, maybe they are worth it???
What do you think???
Coinage!!!
Posted on February 14, 2011My husband is a coin collector. He likes all those uncirculated coins and proof sets and all that jazz. Every year new sets come out and he buys them, in fact he has them on auto ship…
I’m like “Do we really need to buy gold coins every year? This is not a necessity”. And He is like “Yes, these are a great investment and I’m gonna be able to pass these down to Pumpkin_seed.
What she is going to do with all these coins still remains a mystery to me….

Egyptian Cotton…
Posted on February 13, 2011I don’t think I could ever make myself spend hundreds of dollars on sheets and comforters for my bed. I don’t mean $200-$300, I’m talking like $900 or more. I don’t know how people do it. Luxury bed linens aren’t high on my priority list. Not that I have that kind of money, anyway, but if I did, I don’t think that’s how I would spend it…
I have spent money on Egyptian Cotton sheets before but I think that’s probably as far as I would go…

Refurbished Is Good!! =)
Posted on February 11, 2011Recently I was searching for a laptop or a netbook I can take on the road so I can keep up with my blogging even when I’m not at home. I looked on craigslist and ebay, I even looked at refurbished netbooks.
Though “refurbished” sounds like “second-hand” or “used”, it’s usually really good to buy, because in order to be labeled as “refurbished”, they have to test it like crazy to make sure it’s in tip-top shape to be able to resell it. That way all the “kinks” are worked out before you buy!!
Then, it turned out I didn’t have to buy one, my dad gave me one!! Thanks again Dad!! You’re the best!!

Coming Soon…
Posted on February 09, 2011As you may or may not know, I am a bargain shopper!! I love to get great quality products for a great (low) price. That is just what I have found at CSNStores. Hubby and I are in the market for a flat panel tv stand, CSNStores (with their 200+ online stores) was the first place I looked.
They have great products at great prices. I have reviewedseveral products from them so far, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I will soon be doing another review for CSNStores, so stay tuned to see what I found!!
MONEY MONEY MONEY…
Posted on February 03, 2011It seems like that is what the world is all about these days. Most people would like to make a lot of money for as little work as possible. That is totally against what the Bible says.
Did you know the Bible actually says that if you don’t work, you don’t eat…maybe not those exact words, but that is the lesson you are supposed to get from that scripture. The Bible also says we should be hard workers and do a good job at what we do!
People put such an importance on money and material things that they will take out loans they can’t afford, take a cash advance on money owed to them (either from a tax refund or a paycheck), and still others will lie cheat and steal to get what they think they deserve.
It’s really sad, what this world is coming to…
Let’s try to remember what’s really important in this life…family, love, living for God and reaching the world for Christ.
Show Me The Money…
Posted on February 01, 2011I would love to be able to add onto the house we live in, but Buster and I don’t have any money saved up and we have a very limited income at the moment. We had talked about (when we are getting enough support to make a monthly payment) taking a home equity loan out on the house we own, but now we don’t think that’s a good idea.
Did you know that with certain types of loans that all it takes is one or two missed payments and they can take your property? That is scary to me!!
IF and when we decide to something, I think we’ll stick to easy personal loans for our monetary needs, if we borrow money at all…
Cyber Monday…Black Friday done BETTER!!! =)
Posted on November 23, 2010How many of you shop on Black Friday? My sister-in-law (bless her heart) shops these sales EVERY YEAR!! I think I have shopped on Black Friday maybe twice. Yes, two times, that’s it!! I do not enjoy being trampled by over-eager shoppers who would sooner kill you than look at you just because you hold the last Tickle Me Elmo in the county. Remember when they were all the rage?? LOL
Not my style, thank you! Now, Cyber Monday is something right up my ally! No lines, no one yelling, I had that first! No one ramming into you with their cart. And yet, you still get great prices and deals. Only instead of being assaulted and accosted, you can shop in the comfort of your very own home! Now that’s what I’m talking about!!!
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! God bless!!
