Along the way I have become interested in and actually have done some paid posting. What I would really like to do is reviews and giveaways on a regular basis. I have signed up here and there to get involved in some reviews, but never really gotten the results I wanted. So you can imaging how excited I was when out of the blue, I received and E-mail from CSN stores wanting me to do a review and/or giveaway on my blog. They sell everything from bar stools to diaper bags, AND they carry some of the best known name brands out today… Cuisinart, Lego, Kohler, and Pyrex just to name a few!
CSN stores is an online retailer with headquarters in Boston. They had a meager start in 2002 with just two employees and one online shop. They sell cookware, toys, furniture, pet supplies, the list simply goes on and on. AND most items will ship to Canada.

I am hoping that this Paula Deen cookie sheet with the silicone insert will make my cookies easier to get off the pan!!
Isn’t it a beauty? I can’t wait to get this and use it!! Here is the deal, CSN is sending me one to use and review, but they are also sending YOU one just to have and keep and love and use!!! Are you as excited as I am?? Here are the details….

Home Sweet Home…

I know some people who have a pool in their house. IN THEIR HOUSE!!! How cool is that?? They have these really nice hardwood floors, and a 52″ tv mounted on a bracket-type thing that swivels between rooms…they have a lot of nice stuff. They recently bought new living room furniture and jokingly said something about putting in home theater seating in the family room. I am not coveting their house, but I am very impressed at what they have done with their house, considering it started out as tiny old run down shack and they now live in a GORGEOUS and spacious log home!!

Sometimes I get sick of making/eating the same recipes over and over so a while back I tested out this recipe…and man were they good!!!
What you will need: (adjust for whatever number of sandwiches you will be making, this makes four)
- 8 slices of Rye bread
- Thousand Island dressing
- 4 pieces of corned beef
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- spreadable butter/margarine
- 3/4 – 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained (about 1/4 c. per sandwich or so)
What to do:
- Spread butter on one side of two slices of bread
- Put bread, buttered side down on to a skillet
- Add 1 slice of corned beef, one slice swiss cheese and a scoop of sauerkraut; spread over the cheese
- Pour 1-2 Tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing over sauerkraut and spread out a little
- Top with other slice of bread, buttered side up, like a grilled cheese
- Cook over medium heat until bottom is browned to your liking, then flip and cook other side to your liking
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make a total of four sandwiches

Home Entertainment…

Buster and I have a lot, I mean a LOT of game consoles. We have just about everything from Atari to the Wii. But one we do not have is the ps3. We have the first two, but not the last one. We also do not have Xbox or Xbox 360. Are we missing out?? Do we need to get one of these or both?? I have heard great things about the 360, but not sure if they have any games I would be interested in. I know they have down in price a lot, so maybe now is the time to look into getting one…

Garage Ideas…
- by Jo
When we get our house sold, we are going to build a nice sized garage here at camp for the truck and also for storage. Buster wants to put in a loft for storage and it’s going to be nice to get some stuff outta this house!!! When building the last garage we put up, we looked at ideas for the garage floor. There are more options than you might think and depending on what you are using your garage for, one option might be better than another!!
