Poor, Poor Blog

Poor, Poor Blog…

I have been neglecting you, I know.

I’m sorry.

I have been busy, to the point of borderline insanity at times.

And at others bored to the same point. because I have been able to do nothing but sit on my fat lard butt and do absolutely nothing because of these debilitating migraines I have been getting. It’s really quite annoying, I assure you.

But, at some point, school will start back up and camps will slow. And hopefully, these migraines will eventually go away and I can have my life back.

There are so many things I would like to do here on the ol’ bloggaroo!! I would like to maybe start a weekly meme (if i could get some participation that is, hello out there…..), maybe host a few giveaways. I have done some in the past, but not many. I really want to do some cool stuff here, but haven’t had the time or the drive to do it lately.

But, I have a feeling things are gonna get better soon!!! So, hang on to your undies, it’s about to get wild all up and around in here ya’ll!! Stay tuned!!!

…a dangerous thing for me, I realize, but nonetheless, I have been!!

I am thinking of taking my blog in a new direction. I would like to do more actual reviews and also I would like to get people involved more.

I want to maybe test some sugar-free recipes, review kitchen products or home made goodies, that kind of thing.

So, who wants to help me out and send me something to review??

Maybe you have an etsy shop and you would like more business, you could send me a sample product that I can use and review for you. Maybe even set up a giveaway?

I am going to be testing some recipes out and posting the good ones on here, too. Gluten free and sugar-free are the main ones I will be trying as I try to cook that way for my family… Do you have a recipe for me to try and then post about? Maybe it’s something you are afraid to try out yourself or it’s one you have had good luck with…

I am just in a rut, I think and I want to try something new…Join me in the adventure!! =)

Oh My Goodness!!!

So, I thought I was never gonna be able to blog again!!! Though most wouldn’t even notice, that would be very sad for me, because I love blogging!! I deleted code I needed while editing my theme, I guess, I’m still not sure what actually happened. Anyway, I am back up and running.

Here is what has happened since I last talked to you…

My sweet Jasmine went to live with a new family. We miss her tons, but this was the best thing for her and us. I think the hardest thing is when we come home and she isn’t here to greet us with all her excitement that we are home, it’s just the empty house.

Buster had hernia surgery yesterday, for the second time. Last time he threw up for three days after the surgery, which tore the stitches that repaired the hernia, so he got another one. So, when they fixed this one, they gave him meds that would help with nausea and they put a mesh screen in that would prevent it from happening again. He is very sore and tired, but he has no thrown up at all!! Praise the Lord for answered prayers!!

So that is what has been going on here…Don’t forget to enter my Giveaway !!

A while back, I won an MP3 player in a giveaway, and I also won some i-tunes gift cards. What i am wondering is if you can use these gift cards with MP3 players? On the cards they say you can download music to ipods and computers, but it doesn’t say anything about MP3 players. I have had some people try to help me with this but I haven’t figured it out yet!!

I am computer, ipod, MP3 player illiterate!! Basically anything electronic is over my head!! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!! Be blessed!!

Hi. Hi. I just won an MP3 player in a giveaway!! And I also won some i-tunes gift cards. What i am wondering is if you can use these gift cards with MP3 players ? On the cards they say you can download music to i-pods and computers, but it doesn’t say anything about MP3 players. I am about as helpless as they come when it comes to this stuff.
