Good People, Bad Credit…
Posted on August 15, 2011In this bad economy, more and more people are finding themselves in more and more debt because they are finding themselves out of jobs and racking up credit card debt.
This is mostly because they are using credit cards they already had before they lost their jobs. But if you think about it. Using a credit card when you don’t have the means to pay if off isn’t really a smart thing to do , now is it?
But, some people don’t think about that before they do it, they figure eventually they will find a job and they will be able to pay it off….
This is the problem with that kind of thinking folks…what they don’t take into consideration is that the higher your total gets, the higher the interest is and the higher minimum payment is! See, where I’m going with this?? It means you OWE.MORE.MONEY.
And if you don’t have a job, how are you going to pay more money? You aren’t! And then you are going to have collection agencies calling you all hours of the day and night wanting your car, your house, your children and basically everything and anything not nailed down.
So, my advice to you is, if you don’t have the money in the bank right now to pay the credit card bill, don’t charge it!! It is a really bad habit to get into to to swipe that card and just say “charge it” and worry about paying for it some other time, it will get you into a LOT of trouble!! Be responsible with what God has blessed you with!!
Looking for a job **sigh**
Posted on December 27, 2008Buster is having absolutely no luck finding a better job. All we need is 40 hours and decent pay. Is this too much to ask?? Apparently so. Insurance would be nice, too,but I don’t want to be unreasonable 
A friend of mine is thinking about starting his/her own business. I’m wondering what that would entail. I wonder if it would be easier to find a small business for sale or just start from scratch??
I guess it would depend on the area you are in and what the market would be. I always thought it would be cool to own/manage a restaurant. Buster says it’s a lot of work and a lot of hours. I can see that, but I still think it would be fun.

Posted on July 14, 2008aahhhh i always feel better after a good cry. i have been thinking about my son so much lately that it is driving me crazy…literally. plus i am frustrated about other things right now which doesn’t help at all. do you ever feel like EVERYTHING is going wrong?? what is that saying?? it never rains but it pours??? i always think that means that its all or nothing….good or bad….rain (and lots of it ) or no rain. am i taking that out of context or is that what it means?? i just feel like a ton of bricks is on my shoulders right now. we are having some financial strain and i miss my son and my hubby is looking for a different job and i’m looking for a job (which could be interesting as i do not do well in an “outside” job situation) and my dog isn’t well ( cant afford to take her to the vet right now) and we have 6 puppies we can’t seem to get rid of and we can barely afford to feed the two dogs we own let alone the puppies! and ……………………. uuuuugggghhhhhh!!!! it just goes on and on. it just goes on and on……..
