I have had a lot of family issues lately that have really been putting a lot of strain on me.  I have thought of going to my Dr. and asking him if I need to be put on some kind of medication for a bit because I just don’t know how much more I can handle before I snap.  But then I heard that you can buy tramadol through online pharmacies.  It’s easy and you can have it delivered to your house without er having to leave the privacy of your home.

It’s great! It treats lots of different things, too.  From pain to anxiety to depression.  All things I suffer from.  It’s like a miracle drug.  Or at least it sounds like one to me.  Like the website says… ‘We all deserve to live full, energetic, happy lives. When injury or disease stand in the way, taking a drug like Tramadol can be life saving.’

Our bathroom, which is right off of our bedroom doesn’t have a bathtub, just a shower.  In a perfect world we would end up with an addition with a new master bedroom and bath with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.  We would also have bathroom vanity with the double sinks and a huge mirror with the hanging lights…

Oh and while we’re dreaming, we would have a side by side fridge and a dishwasher.  Just sayin’.   But since we don’t live in a perfect world, we’ll be thankful for what we have because it’s so much more than we deserve!  And we’ll keep making the girls help with  the dishes and other chores and keep showering in out little shower!

I really need your prayers and so does my family.  I appreciate you taking the time to pray.  I will do the same for you and yours.

I’m still struggling with weight loss and I wonder if I will ever be where I want to be this side of heaven.  I wonder what my perfect body will look like…Ima be really mad it’s 200+ pounds.  LOL

I have heard of so many ways to lose weight.  Last night I heard of a new diet plan.  The craziest one yet, if you ask me.  It is the feeding tube diet.  A Dr. actually puts a feeding tube down your throat for ten days and feeds you a diet of fat and protein through it.  WOW! What extremes people will go to! People pay like $1500 for this! It’s for brides to be who ‘need’ to lose those last few pesky pounds just before their wedding.

Then there is a whole gamut of diet pills everything from phen phen to apidextra. But then they had to take phen phen off the market because it was dangerous, although it worked. But does apidextra work?

I don’t know, diet pills make me nervous anyway. I have heard too many stories about them to be able to take them without reservations.  What do you think?!?!?!?!?

Sometimes I think I would do ANYTHING to get rid of these headaches, including experimental Migraine procedures.  I don’t know about you, but I am not a huge fan of pain or nausea.  Don’t know many people who are…Sometimes I feel like I am at my ropes end.

I did start some Migraine meds last year and I am getting fewer headaches, but I would like to have none at all.  I am told this is an unreasonable request.  I’m not a Dr. and I don’t play one on TV, but why can’t they figure out how to get rid of these things?!?!?!  I for one am ready to not suffer any more!!

If my husband were to need a kitchen gadget I would think he would talk to someone who knows something about kitchen gadgets.  If he were to need welding tools, he could talk to someone head to miller welders and I’m sure they could help him out.  It’s all about knowing where to go.

If either of us were to need spiritual advice, we know our Pastor is the go-to guy! He knows the bible and he is a godly man whom we both respect and love.  It’s important to know what you need and when and to use the correct tools, if you will in each situation.  Wouldn’t you agree?

I was asking her the other day about college and if she knows what she wants to go for.  She still has no idea.  Then we got on the subject of ACT scores and SAT scores and I was confused (it doesn’t usually take much, lol).  I don’t even remember which one I took.  I know I took one of them but I have no idea which one.  I think it was the ACT, but I really don’t know.  Then I got to thinking I don’t even know what the difference is between them, then I was even more confused.

So I figured I would do a lil’ ACT SAT comparison and this is what I came up with…

The SAT questions are generally trickier and harder to figure out.  You lose partial points for incorrect answers on the SAT.  Questions increase in difficulty level as you move through that question type in a section (except reading passage questions, which progress chronologically through the passage) in the SAT.

In the ACT questions are more straight forward and easier to figure out.  You do not lose points for incorrect answers and the difficulty level of questions is random.

Buster also said ACT’s are for In-State colleges and SAT’s are for Out-of-State colleges.

So there you have it, more information that you ever thought you needed and way more than you ever wanted about ACT’s and SAT’s!!

I can feel the rate of my heart increase and the temperature of my blood rise to a low simmer.  Not a boil, just a simmer.  It’s not until I see them that it boils.  A nice hard boil!!

I am trying to keep my composure, but this one in particular person is making it hard lately.  I don’t think he/she is doing it on purpose, but I can’t  be sure.  It might just be the way he/she is, OR he/she might be just trying to get on my nerves.  I have a feeling he/she might just be being  his/herself, which is really sad because well….that’s just sad.

To be that selfish and vain and….well, that’s just sad.

Aaaahhhh, I feel a little better now.  Just had to get that out.  Please be in prayer for me.

I am waiting to go and see about getting my business license to sell my cupcakes.  Michigan law allows to me sell baked goods from my home without one but I am quite limited as to what I can sell and how I can do it.  I am being very patient about it (for me) for now, but I don’t know how long that will last. I don’t really know what I am waiting for.

Buster says He doesn’t want me rushing into things, but I don’t really think I am.  I know where I want to ‘work’.  Here at the camp.  The kitchen is already inspected because we serve kids here all summer long.  So that is all taken care of.  I already have my prices set.  I already have my menu set.  I already have the name of my business and business cards and…..goodness, what more is there?!?!?!  I do have a few more things to get settles

It’s not like I am opening a bakery or anything.  I will still be basically working from home since I live here at the camp.  Even if I was opening a bakery, you can get a small business loans bad credit and all!! Not that I have bad credit or anything.  Actually, I have better than average credit.  Not much better, but better!

I am ready to take the next step!!

But for now, I wait…

After about a year we had saved up some money and decided to start looking for our own place.  We had heard about some mobile homes for sale in a nearby town  so we went to look at them.  We only looked at a couple before we found one that I fell in love with and shortly thereafter we moved into our first ‘home’.

It was just a little single wide trailer in a mobile home park down in Grand Rapids, but it as ‘home’ to us and we loved it.  We decorated it just so and it was all we needed.  A few years later we actually moved it up to the town we now live in and put it on a piece of property Buster’s dad bought for us.

We have since sold it and moved on, but I will never forget that first ‘home’ we moved into with out little family so many years ago when we first got married.

This last October Buster and I celebrated 18 years of marriage and I can’t imagine spending my life with anyone better! I am so blessed!

As my kidlets have gotten older, I have gotten better.  After the first one, it actually got better anyway.  I think that’s pretty normal.  With the first one, you lecture everyone about how they need to baby proof everything before you can visit.  You make sure they have everything taken care of from the knob locks to the pool safety covers.  It’s quite ridiculous the measures you go to to ensure the safety of the first child. By the time the second and  third come along, it’s old hat and you have chilled out quite a bit.

Your friends and family don’t dread having you come over for fear that you are going to sanitize everything your child will come in contact with including their dog.  And they don’t have to worry that you are going to ask them to ‘please put away your figurines so I don’t have to tell my child no’.  For the record, I do not do this but I have had people come to my home and ask me to do this and no, I’m not kidding.

Anywho, now that one is in heaven and is quite safe and the other is 15, I don’t worry nearly as much about them getting hurt while playing.  At least not like that.  Now I worry about ‘The Girl’ getting a Volleyball or Track injury.  Or heaven forbid when she does end up taking drivers ed and getting her license, her getting in a fender bender….

Crap!

You know the old saying ‘You can’t teach an old dog new tricks’? Well, I want to know if you can teach an old lady new tricks.  I used to play the clarinet in high school.  Not very exciting, I know.  I always thought it would be more fun to play the flute or the saxophone or something, but I played the boring clarinet.

I don’t even remember why I played the clarinet. I don’t remember liking it, really.  My sister played the coronet.  I that an instrument? I think it is…It’s something like a trumpet, right? LOL I’ve always liked the guitar.  And the piano.  I have always admired the piano players in our church.  Getting up there Sunday after Sunday playing offertories and specials.

I’ve often thought about trying to learn to play guitar or piano, I hear they are similar.  But I am getting too old for that now.  I can’t even remember to brush my teeth before bed.  Goodness gracious, how would I ever learn to play guitar?!?!?
