Just Do It!

I am the type of person that if you tell me I can’t do something, I will prove you wrong.  I come from a broken home (several in fact…my birth parents split when I was very young, my adoptive mother was married when she first got me and divorced shortly after and remarried, and for a variety of reasons, I left home at an early age…stability wasn’t exactly something I was used to as a child). A lot of people, professionals even, told me that I would have a hard time making lasting, meaningful relationships because I came from such dysfunction.  But I like to prove people wrong and I’ve made some good friends and I’ve been married for almost 20 years, so…so much for that.  God is Good!!

Aaaannnywho…this post isn’t about me. This post is about Destiny and how she likes to prove people wrong when they tell her she can’t!!!

Good job Destiny!! You may have gotten off track there  for a bit, but you did the hard work when it counted and YOU DID IT!! Proud of you girl!! Love ya!!

I’m sorry to hear you came from such a dysfunctional upbringing but I can see you are such an overcomer. Well done to you xx
