I have never done Yoga. Yeah, that’s right, I said never.
I don’t think I have ever really meditated either. I have prayed and I have had quiet time between me and God, but I have never really meditated.
Anyway…I hear Yoga can be very good for you. It can be very relaxing. It can be good for weigh loss and even toning of the body.
I haven’t gotten into it because I always thought it was one of those things someone made up just to make you spend money on stuff you don’t really need. You know, stuff like yoga pants, a yoga mat and whatnot.
Maybe I’m wrong, it’s been known to happen. Anyone know a good Yoga program for beginners? One for beginners who are still heavier than they should be but are losing weight??
