It seems like that is what the world is all about these days. Most people would like to make a lot of money for as little work as possible. That is totally against what the Bible says.
Did you know the Bible actually says that if you don’t work, you don’t eat…maybe not those exact words, but that is the lesson you are supposed to get from that scripture. The Bible also says we should be hard workers and do a good job at what we do!
People put such an importance on money and material things that they will take out loans they can’t afford, take a cash advance on money owed to them (either from a tax refund or a paycheck), and still others will lie cheat and steal to get what they think they deserve.
It’s really sad, what this world is coming to…
