Oh how I love my friends and family. Especially those who take care of us so well. If not through monetary means, by prayer and moral support!!
I can’t believe the number of times Chuck and I have simply prayed to God that He would meet a need and within a few days, that need is met. We serve a mighty God, folks and an able One!!!
Papa and Grandma G. heard of our need for a new mattress set. When they moved from their old house into their new one, they already had a new bed in the house so, they gave us their old mattress set. It isn’t brand new but it’s in a lot better shape than the one we were using!!
Our pastor was in the church parking lot talking to us one day and noticed the tires were the same size as the original ones on his. He asked Buster if he was interested in them because they were just sitting in his garage. Just days before this, Chuck and I were talking about how to get the money to put new tires on the truck!!
These are just a couple of examples of how God is taking care of us here at camp. Often all we have to do is mention something once and someone will step up and help us out, what a blessing!!
