Crock Pot Wednesday…

My Bacon Horseradish Dip went over so well, I think I will try another Crock Pot dip!! This one sounds yummy!! :)

CHIPOTLE CON QUESO DIP

What you need:

  • 2 lbs packaged processed cheese spread cubed (I’m gonna use Velveeta)
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green Chile peppers
  • 1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped (depending on how spicy you want your dip)
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tortilla chips

What to do:

  • In a 3 1/2 – 4 quart slow cooker, combine cheese spread, undrained tomatoes, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  • Cover and cook on low heat 3- 3 1/2  hours or on high for 1 1/2-2 hours
  • Stir well before serving
  • Serve with warm with Tortilla chips
  • keep warm on low or warm setting
