“Dieting”

So, I have decided, once again, to “diet”.  This time, though, I am making a lifestyle change that I am going to stick with.  Everyday of the week, but Sunday, I am cutting out refined sugar.  No more, cookies,  brownies,  ice cream, pudding or any of that stuff!!  Which also means, I cannot have my favorite creamer anymore in my coffee!!! WHAT!?! I know, I know, but I must lose some weight before summer.  I refuse to be miserable this camp season!!

I am even thinking about adding an herbal diet supplement or two to get even healthier.  I want to add more protein and fiber to my diet and less fat and sugar!! Plus, I am going to TRY to exercise EVERYDAY!! Hopefully blogging about it and talking about it will provide some accountability and I’ll actually stick to it this time…so ask me now and then how I am doing so I have to tell you!! Thnx!!

  1. So excited to hear how you are going to do with this new diet! I am starting WW (without meetings) and working out April 1st. We should keep eachother accountable!!!! I refuse to be the size I am now by my brothers wedding!
