Do you wonder if weight loss pills really work? You know, you see those commercials on TV that say you don’t have to change your diet or lifestyle in any way, just take these pills. Um, is that really true?? Sounds too good to be true to me. I have never lost weight without watching what I eat and getting at least a little exercise. Anyone ever tried pills?? Does they work like they say they do?? Let me know, leave a comment!!

About Me
I have been married to Buster, since 1993. I am "Mom" to three precious gifts from God. My daughter, 'The Girl' is 15 (going on 25 lol). She is beautiful, opinionated, head-strong, smart and loves God. My son, Lil' Buster went to heaven when he was 10 (car accident in 2004). He was all boy but adorable, tender-hearted and loved God. And one sweet baby we never got to meet is waiting for us in heaven with Lil' Buster.
I am wife, mom, lover of coffee, lover of all things pink, purple and/or sparkly, lover of chocolate, and did I mention coffee? And sparkles? Oh, and I also kinda adore blogging... :o)

Jo, Pray for strength, ask Father God to help you lose weight the natural way but please don’t take any pills. You hear so many bad things about them it is not worth it in the end……. Change what you eat, how much you eat and make sure you eat breakfast, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner and bedtime snack all in moderation ( tiny/small portions ) get rid of the chocolate stash, and junk foods and watch your clothes fall off you LOL! you can do it sweetie, and will be so happy you did….. LOVE YA XOXOXOX
Mister Linky is up and ready for this week’s Crock Pot Wednesday. Thanks so much for participating last week. I hope to see you again this week. Thanks a bunch. Debbie.
