Hormone replacement Therapy…
- by Jo
Since my radical hysterectomy in 2007, I have been going through what they call surgical menopause…and let me tell you, it’s no fun!! Hot flashes, night sweats, loss of energy, weight gain, all that fun stuff. The Dr. who did my surgery wanted me to go on Hormone Replacement, but I didn’t want to go on synthetic hormones because of the risk of cancers. But I have looked into natural and bioidentical hormone replacement austin. These seem like a safer, more long term alternative!!

Job search…
- by Jo
Like to work with people?? Looking for a job?? Maybe you could find a job through a Customer Service Job Search. You know, it’s funny, I always wanted to be one of those Walmart greeters, til I found out how much people make fun of them. It’s really quite rude!! Get over yourselves, people, you’re not that cool either!! And at least they have a job!!! :O

Life Insurance…
- by Jo
My hubby had a good job with benefits when my son went to heaven. Although most people don’t, we had life insurance policies on everyone in the family, the children included. And I’m so glad we did. Funerals and burials are EXPENSIVE!!! I know it’s hard to think about and even harder to take steps to make sure you are covered, but you can find term life insurance online. I encourage you to inquire about life insurance, for EVERYONE in your family.

How much is too much??
- by Jo
OK, so my hubby wants to put a light kit on the truck. you know, like a a bar of lights across the top…. He also wants to put a lift kit on it, big tires, the whole thing. My question is…and maybe someone can answer this for me, how far is too far or how much is too much when it comes to auto accessories?? He’s talking about doing something to the exhaust so it sounds cool, I mean, really….

Do you know??
- by Jo
If you could have God’s promise that YOU would go right to HEAVEN when you die, would you take it??
Let me show YOU how YOU can have This Promise!!
ALL HAVE SINNED
ROMANS 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one.
ROMANS 3:23 For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.
GOD’S PRICE ON SIN
ROMANS 6:23 A For the wages of sin is death.
THERE ARE TWO DEATHS
REVELATION 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
OUR WAY OUT
ROMANS 5:8-9 But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
GOD’S PERSONAL PROMISE
ROMANS 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Take God at his word and claim His promise for your salvation. Bow you head right now and sincerely ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and to save your soul. Saying a prayer does not save you!! You must believe what the Bible says and mean it in your heart to be saved!!!
ROMANS 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture sayeth, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.
Once you are eternally saved, you are always eternally saved…
HEBREWS 13:5B…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
If you have read this and accepted Christ as your personal Savior, CONGRATULATIONS on getting that taken care of, you’ll be so glad you did!! Please leave your name in a comment so that I can pray for you !!! And also find yourself a good, Bible (King James) preaching Church where you can grow in your faith!!
God Bless!!
If you don’t need this message, but know someone who does, feel free to link them to this or just tell them about the blog post!! It is important that every person get this taken care BEFORE it is too late. We often think we have all the time in the world, what’s the rush?? My son was killed in an auto-accident at 10 (He asked the Lord to be his Savior when he was 7)!! We have no guarantee of how long we have on this earth, we need to spread the word!!
Thanks for stopping by, see you soon!!
Clean water….
- by Jo
There is just something about drinking water from the tap that bothers me. It never used to. When I was a kid, you never heard anything about water filters. Now, everyone in America has one, either on a faucet, in a water jug or in a fridge. That may be an exaggeration, but I know a lot of people use them, or drink bottled water. I recently heard that here in Mi, they are having some drive for people to drink tap water instead of bottled, something about it’s healthier and better for the environment…what’s your opinion??

Acne, not just a problem for teens!!
- by Jo
I have never had a major problem with acne myself. As a teen , I would get break outs just before my cycle would start, but never really had acne any other time. I always thought that acne was a teen problem, but a friend of mine has problems with break-outs all the time and she is in her mid-late twenties. Since there isn’t just one cause, it can be hard to get rid of acne. I still don’t have a lot of problems with it, but I do get an occasional blemish. I have heard that diet, exercise and drinking enough water are all ways to control acne?? What works for you??

decorating 101…
- by Jo
Friends of ours are re-doing the flooring in their home. They are taking the carpet out of the main room and putting in hard wood floors. Hickory, I believe. Then they are going to use a large area rug in the middle of the room. I love this idea. You can accent color and/or design with area rugs. I would like to do something like that if /when we add on to our little place here at camp!!
