Tackle It Tuesday is supposed to be about housekeeping, cleaning, organizing and the sort. Talk About Tuesday can be about a variety of things, so here you have it…a post “talking about” cleaning and organizing!!  Thank You, Thank you, I’ll be here all week!!   **the info below is actually a re-post**

i LOVE a clean house!  i don’t always love to clean…but i LOVE a clean house!!  thurs.  my daughter went to a friends house to spend the night.  chuck (aka buster, my husband) and i went out for dinner and saw a movie, but before we went i took a few minutes to “unclutter”.  you know, clear the dining room table  of every thing that gets dropped there all week, take care of folded laundry, wipe down the counters and arrange the stuff on the counter…. so then yesterday all i had to do was clean the bathroom , do a quick dusting job  and run the vacuum.  aaaaahhhhhhhhh  clean house. THEN this morning i got up…made breakfast for the fam and myself (love to that on the weekends!!).  then hannah and i decided to clean out the fridge.  what a mess that was.  jelly all over the walls and shelves…blood form meat thawing , little bits of this and that stuck to the jelly and blood, and who knows what the clear gel stuff was??????????????  so we took all the shelves and drawers out, put them in the bath tub and washed them all off.  put them back in and reloaded them.  aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh clean fridge.  lol  i love a clean house!  and a clean fridge!  not a bad way to do it either, a little at a time.  i find that if i do it that way…i don’t get overwhelmed with a long tiring day of work!!  give it a try!!  schedule one room per day or just do one “chore ” at a time.  like totally clean the living room one day ( dust, vacuum, clean off tv and other entertainment stuff, wash windows, fluff pillows, clean blinds, etc.)  then the bedroom the next day…one room per day.  OR  go through and dust every room one day .  the next day vacuum all the rooms.  so forth and so on.  which ever you choose, it will be better than tackling all of it in one day!  hope this helps others as much as it has helped me!

My blue Monday item for this week is this cute little guy!! He is just one of the little snowman that grace my home during the winter season. I don’t remember where I got him, but I love him. Blue snowmen are my favorite winter decor!!!

Buster got his Social Security update thingy in the mail today (yes that is a technical term). You know, the letter that tells you how much Social Security you have “earned”. Let me just tell you, He’s worth more  (monetarily speaking) dead than alive!! Um, no, I don’t have any plans to off him…..yet .

Well, getting that got us to thinking about life insurance AGAIN. We don’t even know what kind we need. There are different types. Did you know that?? I did not know that. You can get term life insurance here. But there are other kinds, too. Does anyone know anything about this? What type is better than the others  or what the difference even is??

Buster is having absolutely no luck  finding a better job. All we need is 40 hours and decent pay. Is this too much to ask?? Apparently so. Insurance would be nice, too,but I don’t want to be unreasonable A friend of mine is thinking about starting his/her own business. I’m wondering what that would entail. I wonder if it would be easier to find a small business for sale or just start from scratch??

I guess it would depend on the area you are in and what the market would be. I always thought it would be cool to own/manage a restaurant. Buster says it’s a lot of work and a lot of hours. I can see that, but I still think it would be fun.

Since I forgot all about Blue Monday, this is going to be my entry for that as well….

I.love.Blue.Snowmen.  I got this little gem at Kohls  a couple years ago ON CLEARANCE!! I wasn’t even shopping for myself, until.I.saw.this. Now, I have it out every year. And  like it because it isn’t just for Christmas, I can have it out all winter!!

What is this??

Why would I take a picture of this??? What would this mean to me??? Let me tell you that I have had this on my fridge for just over 4 years. Anyone who reads my blog should have gotten a hint from that statement. Come on all you “lurkers”, leave me a comment telling me what you think this is….Next TAT and TIT, I will tell you what this is and what it means to me!!

********OK, so this week I am supposed to tell you all what this is.  It is a dry erase board that hangs on my refrigerator.  Originally, it was bought to write things we needed from the store on.  One day when I was really sick (remember, i am bipolar and have BPD).  So my son, Eli, decided he would draw a picture of me and remind me that he and his sister and Daddy, too LOVE ME.  I’m not sure how long after that that he was killed, but I have never been able to erase this picture, because it means so much to me.  So for the last four years, I have had this on my refrigerator.  I started using those magentic paper shopping lists. ********
